Creation of formulas
This tailor-made solution allows you to introduce into the market a product that completely satisfyies your expectations.
Our team of consultants will help you to define your concept as well as determine the scope of your project by appropriately choosing the right ingredients. Our laboratory work is based on your specifications. Prototypes of the formula will be sent to you until final approval: you can rely on the know-how of A.M.I., Le Natural Product Designer.
We propose an original partnership: by manufacturing your products at our factory (100 kg minimum), you can enjoy the privilege of exclusivity withour having to purchase the formula.
Your investment is therefore limited to the test and formulation fees:
- Accelerated Aging Test (allows to check the product stability);
- Compatibility Test with the container;
- "Patch Test" and Toxicological Expert Certificate;
- "Challenge Test" (allows to validate the efficacy of the preservative system against microbiological aggressions).
Each sample sent by our R&D laboratory comes with a description of the main active ingredients included in the formula, this information will help you to create your own promotional tools. The final ingredients list will be sent to you under INCI format (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredients) as soon as the stability test has been completed and approved.
Administrative, legal and export procedures
For you, we can carry out:
- the writing of the legal file: cosmetic file, BSE certificate, specification sheets for the finished product, etc.) ;
- formula submission: for the French market only, we will submit your formula to the poison control centres, under the commercial name of your product;
- supply of all necessary documents for custom clearance, if the product is exported.
