Headed by a PhD. in Pharmacy and relying on cutting-edge technologies, a very reactive team composed of six specialists creates original and innovative products, with a special focus on dermo-compatibility and product texture.

A consultant team at your service

A link between you and the laboratory, the project manager will guide you through all the stages of your product or line creation and building-up. Whether composed of a standard lines selection or especially designed for you, we will assist you from the concept defining to the shipment of the product.

A dedicated facility

A large section of our factory near Chartres is completely devoted to cosmetic finished products. Our modern and efficient equipment allow us to manufacture all kinds of personal care formulations:

4 fixed-mount tanks with a 1 000 kg useful capacity
1 fixed-mount tank with a 300 kg useful capacity
1 rocking tank with a 1 000 kg useful capacity
1 rocking tank with a 150 kg useful capacity
1 pilot tank with a 10 kg capacity

These 8 tanks are paddle-type and have emulsifiers. The first seven are located over a balance allowing us to check the real weight of the product at any time. All of them are ideal for under-vacuum manufacture of gels, masks and creams, either at high or low temperature.

1 tank, over a balance, with a 1 200 kg useful capacity, with an agitator, used for lotions and oil mixture preparations
1 mobile tank with a 500 lt useful capacity and a SILVERSON agitator used for liquid products or premixtures
3 melting tanks of 500, 300 and 150 lt
2 connected grinders allowing excellent powder diffusion.

The premises are also equipped with anti-deflagration rooms allowing us to manufacture formulas containing alcohol.

Quality control

Our productions are submitted to a strict quality control: our raw materials and finished products are monitored at different stages of the process.
Furthermore, all our raw materials and finished products are subject to a computer-based traceability, which is necessary for the complete control of our manufacturing processes.
